Todd Windes entered the mortgage industry in 1998 and quickly established himself as a trusted leader in residential lending. In 2004, he founded Local Lending, which grew to become one of the largest independent mortgage brokerages in Kern County.

During the challenging housing market years of 2009 and 2010, Todd successfully expanded the company while many competitors were closing their doors, employing more than 30 professionals and helping countless families secure financing.

Her commitment to service and client satisfaction earned numerous top sales awards throughout her career.

In 2005, Sasha joined Local Lending and played a key role in building the company into a respected mortgage organization serving clients throughout California.
